A number of our school staff are trained as Emotional Literacy Support Assistants. Children identified for emotional and well-being support may receive group or individual sessions to target areas such as social skills, emotions, bereavement, therapeutic stories, anger management, self-esteem and anxiety.
Nessy is an English language online resource targeted at some of our Year 3 and 4 children at Dewi Sant to help them further progress their literacy skills.
Motional is a Tracking tool which allows the adults to identify specific emotional and behaviour needs and put targeted interventions in place to ensure development.
